All prices quoted are plus GST, if applicable.
Options for Health Care clients
Standard fee per recruitment depends on the job description but the starting rate for a PCA or AIN is $5,500.
A deposit of 50% of the total order is payable on signing of the "Job Order" or MOA ,40% payable upon deployment of the successful candidate, 10% after three months of Employment of the candidate. Other Terms and conditions may apply. We reserve the right to change our fees at any time without notice.
Other plans, for multiple staffing options can be quoted separately as required.
If you have greater needs, we can tailor a program for you.
NOTE.
As of May 2023, other fees may be required under the current rules of hiring Overseas Workers. We can quote these as and if required.
Any fees and charges to facilitate Immigration Assistance is separate and paid directly to the Immigration agent.
Options for Building and Construction clients.
Standard fee per recruitment depends on the job description but the starting rate special until July 1, 2025, is $4,000 for single application, $18,000 for 5 staff, $32,000 for 10 staff. PLUS, immigration Visa and Nomination fees at the then current price.
A deposit (Nonrefundable) of 25% of the total order is payable on signing of the "Job Order" or MOA, 50% payable upon offering the candidate an employment contract 25% when the Visa is granted.
NOTE the guarantee below does not apply to this SC186 pathway as the Visa conditions governing this visa is for a minimum of two years
Guarantees
Should any Candidate supplied by the “Recruiting Hub International”, for any valid reason with the exception of health or personal reasons leave the clients company within 3 months of signing a contract of employment, the “Recruiting Hub International“ will replace that candidate free of any additional charges incurred by them, one time only, as long as said company has in no way broken the current order’s terms and conditions and or, violated the rights in any way of the candidate.
The “Recruiting Hub International” reserves the right to interview said candidate as to the reasons they have decided to leave your company prior to providing a replacement.
Any disputes may be referred to the Fair Work Commission Fair Work Commission | Australia's national workplace relations tribunal (fwc.gov.au) or such government agency with arbitration responsibility at that time.
